Introduction
In 1958 Clark C. McClelland was assigned to the national space program at Cape Canaveral, Florida, and helped launch or viewed 673 rockets and spacecraft. In addition to being an Aerospace Engineer and Technical Assistant to the Apollo Program Manager during the Apollo moon landings, McClelland and other SpaceCraft Operators did extensive technical checkout of simulated flights and mission objectives of the various shuttles to assure orbital success and the personal safety of the astronauts.
Clark has held important positions involving such manned projects as Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo lunar landings, Skylab, the Space Shuttle and the Space Station. He was assigned to the cockpit of the Space Shuttle missions as a SpaceCraft Operator (Ground Test Astronaut). McClelland’s name is on three commemorative monuments of the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo missions – His name will also be on the Space Shuttle, International Space Station and the Deep Space Missions monuments in the future.

“Shortly after the launch of STS-44, I observed an advanced low flyer (or spacecraft) as it paced the DoD Space Shuttle mission, that was at very high altitude prior to entering on orbit far North of the Kennedy Space Center. The estimated altitude was approximately Angel 10 to Angel 12 or 100,000 to 120,000 feet or higher. Angel 10, etc., is USAF terminology used for altitude. I was later told it was a version of what has been designated by the USAF/NASA/Industry black budget team as the X-33 (Venture Star), an RSV (Reusable Space Vehicle). Although smaller, it is a first step as a replacement for the space shuttle and it was reported during that time period as under development. The RSV was observing the Atlantis DoD mission at a safe distance prior to the space shuttle climbing on orbit. Did the X-33 also enter on orbit? I was not able to determine that at the time, but later realized that it had also entered on orbit.”

“Blood factors are exact. Modern man and the Rhesus monkey do appear to have had a past, ancient, common ancestor without a doubt. Importantly, this does not include people with the Rh negative blood factor. However, all other earthly primates (Apes, Gorillas, etc.) also have this Rh blood factor, but not the Rhesus monkey! Why? If we all evolved from the same Cosmic, Godly source, all the human racial groups would have a logical, compatible blood. The fact is, blood is not compatible. Do these differences indicate any proof, that some of our descendants were of the ancient astronaut variety? You can bet on it!”

I actu- ally did not even release it to Don Keyhoe and NICAP. I guess my cautious approach concerning certain UFO reports had me guessing if it had a true basis of fact. Or was it something our mili- tary had developed? I was over cautious I guess, but better that than to be sorry for any mistakes later, I remained quiet until now.”

“He asked McClelland what did he see or recognize on the photo. Upon hearing him ask this question, McClelland thought for a minute, and then he said that the many streaks that were evi- dent did not appear to be the ablative shielding of the Jupiter nosecone. They were separate from the rocket and not associated with it. He smiled and agreed. He then pointed at those objects and said, “Those many reentry trails are alien objects and are that of another unknown intelligence, Clark C. McClelland Influences the Creation of the Extraterrestrial Exposure Law and in fact they were evidence of “VISITORS” that had accompanied our Jupiter nosecone through the friction and heat of the atmosphere, a star race not of earth!” Dr. Knothe put the photo back into the frame and then he placed it back onto his office wall.”
